Alice sold my condo in downtown San Francisco when the market was absolutely bad. My previous agent kept using very expensive contractors to prep my condo before putting it on the market. I felt like the vultures were after me. In the end he could not sell the property. And my condo stayed vacant almost a year. She kept the cost of prepping the condo and staging low.
