Very dissatisfied with the service. Doctor would not call me back. Staff is very unfriendly. It is a shame because healthcare is a service where kindness goes a long way. Our experience was truly horrible. I regret not having done better research upfront.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. This Dr has a selling run on her answering machine. But she is the most RUDE Dr. I have ever come across. She doesnt like to be challenged in her work. SHe is OLD school and is not up to date on all the newest in ORTHO. Even though she claims she is a teacher or and on staff she is clueless in bedside manner... read more
