Went there for over 4 years..learned my lesson!
We love Dr Eric and Mrs. Sam! They are great with my boy and are willing to refer him to a specialist when they aren't sure what is going on with him (he has a complicated medical history). The nurses are friendly and helpful. If we have an appointment (I will call ahead for well checks and followups for an appointment), our total time in the office is usually around 2 hours. If we walk in, it takes longer. I have learned to go early morning on off days (Tuesday-Thursday) when walk in waits are shorter.
They have like 5 dr’s here and the wait was still over two hours just to get called into a room. Then another hour wait to see the dr.
Yes there is a wait ( like at every other office) but its always worth it love these Doctors!!!
Don't like that every single time they recommend you seeing a different doctor with less patients your in there longer than what you normally are...
They leave you waiting for hours while everyone who arrived after you gets in room.
