Keeping appointments made in advance. Segregating the sick from the not sick. Not having a many hour wait. Most of all having a system would rectify many of the serious issues with this office. Having a professional available to clients for reporting discrepancies!!!!
Great pediatricians! Very patient with babies and very thorough examinations. Love the texts to remind of appointment and phone call also.
