We had our daughter at Alice Peck Day. We wanted to find a place that had midwives instead of doctors. We had a meet and greet appointment with Lori Foster at the WCC and a tour of the birthing center. I was hoping for a water birth and have an all natural delivery. We chose to do centering at WCC and birthing class up in the birthing center. Loved how all the staff treated us. This was my first pregnancy and delivery and didn't know what to expect. I had a total hip replacement by Dr. Tomek this past August. I am so pleased with the outcome of my surgery. It has made such a difference in my life. I was very impressed by the care I received during my stay at Alice Peck Day. The nursing staff was so caring, respectful and very efficient. Should I ever need more joint surgery, Dr. Tomek and Alice Peck Day will be where I go. You can be sure that I highly recommend Dr. Tomek and Alice Peck Day to others.
Just had a total hip replacement by Dr Tomek. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional. The nursing staff in the PACU were efficient, respectful and thorough (Elizabeth Kimball) anesthesia provider Dr Andrea Williams was so warm and caring and kept my nervousness at bay.
