We have used Alice twice to buy homes in the Delray market. She’s excellent. Alice knows the nuances of neighborhoods and provides really good advice and opinions on everything from negotiation to elements of the contract and is great at communicating with the other party. Alice is not a long time incumbent like some brokers and therefore is a go getter and will work hard to get the job done. I highly recommend working with her on either side of the transaction.
