Dr Alice Vessel and her hygienist do great work, but the front staff have ruined my experience. I’ll say that I understand understaffing and the issues it presents, but that doesn’t change how I was treated and the difficulty Ive had contacting them. I got a deep cleaning here 5 months ago and didn’t find out until after my appointment was completed that I was quoted for the wrong thing, so it was hundreds of dollars off. I went to this dentist and they said I had 5 cavities and needed a root canal. I couldnt afford all that and just wanted to to fix the cavities but they wouldn’t call me back when I said no to the root canal. I finally went to another dentist who said I had no cavities and didn’t need a root canal and all I had a was one cracked filling that was an easy fix. This dentist is a liar and scammer and just trying to get tons of money out of people. Edit: for Alice - my wife was your patient. She used my account to write review.

I cannot recommend Dr. Vessel and her incredible team. Five stars feel like the absolute minimum for someone as outstanding as Dr. Vessel, Ms. Karen and Joy!
