RecommendedDr. Hsieh is very professional and puts her patients at ease. She cares about her patients well being and want the best for them. I have horrible dental experiences as a kid and was always nervous going to a dentist office but she made sure I felt comfortable when I was there. She made me a crown and matched my teeth perfectly no one could tell it was a crown! Definitely recommend her to anyone!
Appointment was set up easy, Sevice was very pleasant, most importantly professional! They took the COVID-19 precaution very seriously as well, the environment is very safe! I would recommend this Dentistry to everyone!
First off: I have a VERY high level of dental anxiety. Dr. Hsieh was really able to calm me down with her easygoing beside manner. She talked to me about what was going to happen and how she would be working before doing my implant surgery. She also let me have complete control to take a break to gather my nerves whenever I needed it. If you are looking for a dentist who actually cares about you as a person, this is the one!
The VA sent me to her for my care. At first she seemed nice but after a few months I started to see her coldness, then the mistakes. 3 temporary crowns fell off in my mouth for no reason other than incompetence. An implant failed for the same reason, and she blamed me. The pain I had to endure for 10 days after she ground the surface off three teeth, then denied it. I have experienced first hand their professional services. Dr. Hsieh explained everything and is an expert in her field. I highly recommend her for any dental need you may have. The staff is also very kind, friendly and efficient.
I highly recommend Dr. Hsieh and her staff for all your dental needs! They were all so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hsieh was very accommodating in explaining what services I needed. I felt very much at ease while at their practice. I know I'm in great hands and I will definitely be returning in the future.
