Getting an in person appt is seemingly impossible. I made one months in advance and was told only a few days before it was now a telehealth appointment. When I called to change it I had to leave a VM which they never called me back. The only person at this clinic I ever got to see in person was an extremely rude LPN. I just sat on hold with them for nearly an hour with no response and an endless refrain of "your wait time is 4 minutes". This gastro dept is terrible and I will never go back.
I was referred to Dr Friedman for a medical procedure and was quite anxious about it, however i should not have been. Dr Friedman and every member of the medical team at North Austin Medical Clinic were amazing! I was treated with care and respect at all times and every step of the procedure was explained to me. I cannot recommend Dr Friedman and her team enough.

Dr. Friedman was very thorough in explaining my situation and recommending tests to evaluate further. She was very understanding of my concerns. I would highly recommend her.
