Horrible! Doesn't discuss blood work results and doesn't take anything issue you may have seriously!
A doctor like this needs to practice to their strengths- in a homeopathic shop, in a strip mall away from real medicine. They have no idea how to handle medication so she will have you just stop cold Turkey even if it’s a health maintenance script and advise vitamins. Whether it’s pulmonary medication or a vaginal issue- vitamins are her answer. They won’t even look at you. Good job Aurora. Just an an opinion from multiple (ex) patients
If I could give you zero stars, I would give zero stars to this doctor. I came to her in the Aurora clinic to check to see if my finger was broken. I waited about two hours for the appointment. She looked at it and said everything looked fine took an x-ray, then came back to Dr. Bustos since my dr was not available and she said it was just sprained. I have mixed feelings on Dr. Bustos. I was telling her that I was having chest pains for months, and she kept brushing it off as anxiety. Finally she ordered an echo and it turns out that I have some heart conditions. Any time I have gone to see her about a problem, she tells me that it's anxiety and tried to put me on anti depressants (which caused me to have serotonin syndrome since I'm not depressed).
