I have been going to Alice Beauty supply for years. Alice the owner is super nice until you make a mistake and purchase something that needs to be exchanged. Then she gets an attitude. Alice complained that they struggled during the pandemic but yet she shows no appreciation for the people who have supported her store in the black community for years.
