Tasty ice cream, but terrible customer service. I ordered a large cup and received a portion that looked like a small, with the cup only half full. When I brought it up politely, I was told it was normal and nothing was done to fix it. Very disappointing experience — customer satisfaction clearly does not matter here. I would not recommend this place.
Overhyped and overpriced. Not too sweet and made with real fruits so it’s nice for the little ones when they need an ice cream fix, otherwise nothing to write home about.
