I had two consultations with the stylist at this salon before booking, and both times I was quoted the same price. But when it came time to pay, the bill was suddenly almost $200 higher. When I asked why, I was told it was for a "blow dry and finishing services" — which were never mentioned as extra costs during the consultations, or even while they were being done. It doesn’t get better. Trust me. This is it. A collective of some of the most incredible stylists and colour techs in the city / world. Carolyn and Matthew and everyone is beyond talented. Watching them all vibe off each other and throw in colour tone ideas is amazing.
