what a scam, I paid 3 grand and got nothing but empty promises. They did nothing for me but take my money. They did a "Audit" and claimed they always find something illegal. After months of unreturned phone calls the "audit" came back and they found no faults. They could do nothing for me and that was the last I heard. I was forced into bankruptcy to save my house because I waited so long working with Alia group. Don't fall into this BS.
My husband and I was told that they were help us but they took our money instead. i want is our money back. So we can move on from our mistake. We going to lost our house now.
My husband and I received a letter in the mail from Alia Law Group. The letter stated they can help us stop the foreclosure procedure from happening. We paid them $4,000. After 3 months of calling,faxing and mailing information to them, the foreclosure did happen. We our out of $4k. We called and asked them what happen. The associate had a nerve to start crying on the phone and said I'm so sorry. I said yes you are, you all are very sorry. We have lost our home and you guys did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but robbed us !!!! If I could give negative stars I would, my experience was terrible. The worst company I have EVER dealth with, especially Mr. Alia, rude, arrogant, unprofessional and vulgar.
I paid Mr. Alia and the Alia Law Group also known as The Foreclosure Law Center $3,000 for mortgage modification and didn't get one. Mr. Alia told me it would be 4 to 10 months to complete the modification and it's been 11 months and still no modification. I asked Mr. Alia for a refund of my $3,000 and he asked why are you trying to rob me? Who's robbing who? Mr. Alia is very unprofessional , rude, and his staff has horrible communication skills. Buyer beware!
