Dr Zahrai is amazing! Along with his knowledge he brings honesty. He is straight forward with his diagnosis, treatment and long term prognosis. Two years post back surgery, I would not entertain the thought of seeing any other doctor if another issue arises.
I was in severe pain every day all day. I went to Dr. Zahrai and was impressed by his professional and caring attitude. I wanted to proceed with surgery. Friends and family convinced me to seek other opinions before undergoing this painful and scary path. I did indeed do the second,third and fourth opinions only to be told they could do nothing for me except injections. I tried these and received little if any relief. After six months of searching I returned to Dr. Zahrai. I am six weeks post op
Dr Zahrai was excellent and his surgery outstanding! He really cured my back. I would highly recommend him.
I'm very grateful I met Dr.Zahrai. I was in so much pain when I first met him. He made me feel comfortable because he seemed confident in what he does. After surgery my back feels 100% better. I have lived with chronic back pain due to a herniated disk in my lower back. When it happened, there was no surgery or fix for it. 30 years later after a lifetime of suffering with it I suddenly found myself unable to walk, wheelchair bound and was in agonizing pain. Dr Zahrai examined me and performed Laparoscopic surgery on my back. At this point I am 6 weeks post surgery. I can walk without pain (and need no pain meds). He sucks! Worst surgeon I’ve ever known. OR MANOR IS HORRIBLE. Treats everyone like like he is of a higher power. once you’re asleep! Relies on his reps too often because he doesn’t have faith in himself.
Dr. Zahrai is a superb surgeon and has allowed me to return to a life without pain following a spinal fusion. Six months ago I felt as if my arms were on fire and after a short recovery from surgery, the pain was completely gone. Today, I've been medically cleared to resume normal activities and I'm completely pain free. Truly amazing.
coming into having back surgery, I was completely scared. being very active as I am and hear about the horrors of people having them, I almost cancelled but after speaking to Dr. Zahrai; he completely put my mind at ease and I trusted in him and the system. its been 2 months since my surgery and all is well. I can walk, run, bike and even sleep again. thank you so much Dr. for doing such a great job on my lower back and spine area.
