Dr. Ali was good for my first time visit except was going to give me name of dr's to see never did .then wants me to get test done . Never sent in authorization for the test but gave me the paperwork for script. Trying to get to office on phone was. Crazy and then 2 left messages and only today got back to me . And they claim they didn't know I needed authorization it has been almost a month already .
I am giving zero stars for the staff and the doctor. I used to love Dr. Ali. She was my favorite primary I ever had. I don’t know what’s happened, but she is extremely inattentive All of a sudden, it does not care about my health. I am a diabetic. I ran out of my medicine a week ago. I had no refills on my medicine and I have been calling the office for a week. I have been out of town taking care of my parents because they are both very sick And in and out of the hospital. 1st time to see Dr. Ali. She's a very attentive doctor and explain my condition in lay mans term. She also refer me to another doctor to further evaluate my conditions. She is compassionate and good at what she do.
Amazing doctor with such lovely bedside manner. Her MA, Maria, feels like a mom with her caring and compassionate bedside manner as well. Maria even noticed things like rashes on the skin to make sure I had told Dr. Ali about it. I also loved that they were able to do the EKG and bloodwork on site! EKG results were on the spot and blood test results came back the very next morning. Overall I am really pleased with Dr. Ali and her staff.
