I would not recommend Mr. Lajevardi. He does not seem to have a clear understanding of how long legal processes actually take. After signing the contract, his behavior changed significantly—he became rude and aggressive in communication. Once the case was filed, there was essentially no follow-up or proactive communication. Do not pay any money and do not apply at all Do not trust this company. First they take all the money, then they drop the case under excuses like "health problems of the main lawyer" and there is zero responsibility. In fact, the name and title of the law firm are abused and the cases end up in the hands of other people. Now they have changed their work direction and are moving to accident and personal injury cases, but my experience has shown that only the name has changed, not the way they work. I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. When I called, the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. I found their tone unprofessional and unwelcoming, which made it difficult to even ask basic questions. Based on how I was treated, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with any legal matters. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism from a law firm.
