Dr. Ali Qadeer and staff are phenomenal. He listens to his patients and provides detailed explanations of possible paths to repair or recovery ensuring the patient knows his/her options and the potential risk/reward of all. I cannot express how much I appreciate him and his approach to medicine. Thank you Dr.

I had two torn ligaments in my left shoulder, and Dr. Qadeer did an excellent job repairing them. He was thorough and meticulous in his approach to my surgery. His bedside manner is outstanding, he always entered the exam room with a smile and a firm handshake. We even discovered we had a couple of things in common, which made the experience more comfortable and personable. His encouragement to keep pushing forward and his reassurance that I could call anytime I needed support was a huge relief.

I had a full rupture of my distal bicep tendon (bicep no longer attached to the forearm) and Dr. Qadeer performed the surgery to reattach it. He was fantastic throughout the entire pre- and post-op process. I knew exactly what I was to expect and everything went exceedingly well. I've had almost no pain at the surgery site (my shoulder was problematic during the week of wearing a cast) and currently (~9 weeks post-op) I'm already using light weights on the repaired bicep/tendon in the gym.
