To begin this review I want to make it clear that Dr Ali is a great doctor. However that is only a small part of the experience of coming to this office. I use Oscar insurance and before ever first coning here I called and asked if they were in my network and Laquita the office Manager told me yes. After each visit I would ask what my balance was and I was told each time they were billing my insurance. Out of nowhere I get a bill for almost 900 dollars in the mail from Dr Ali. Had my referral lost or ignored for over a week. No call back, finally got scheduled for this Dr office. Got to the dirty office building to an unprofessional sign that they lost internet and had no way to inform their clients. This is FL and this office has no disaster plan. Staff is rude and untrained and we decided to go with a better standard of care elsewhere
Very friendly staff & Dr. Ali was very informative.
