Literally zero stars I will be complaining to the Florida Board of Respiratory Care. This office has ZERO IDEA what patient care is. The office staff were horrible. I was hung up on multiple times and rushed through a call to try and schedule my first appointment. The first impression of the office is the staff, and it was quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had. Dr. Ali has been very supportive and is doing everything possible to find out what is going on with me.
After years of seeing different Doctors, I finally was fortunate to find Dr Ali, he determined my issue and now has me on a treatment plan that is showing great results for my COPD. Highly recommend Dr Ali and the office staff
Amazing Dr. However the staff doesn’t seem to want to work. They never smile and are always complaining. If you have to speak to them on the phone you might as well hang up.
Trying to get most needed breathing medicine. No response for 2 weeks. Office staff is terrible and puts the provider of meds and myself on hold forever.
