I don’t know if they actually ensure their drivers know the law of the road but whoever was driving the red van with plate H532323 tonight 2/28/2025 needs to be taken off the road and put behind a desk immediately. They were swerving all over the road, driving in the middle of a two lane road, and blocking incoming traffic so they can take a left turn in a lane marked with the no left turn arrow.
