Dr. Ali takes the time to actually listen - he goes outside the box and is very knowledgeable. He spends the time necessary to make patients feel like people instead of numbers.
Dr. Ali spent a great deal of time with me and was really interested in me as a whole person. We talked not just neurology issues but also diet, exercise and other lifestyle options. He's pretty funny when you get to know him.
Called today for some help on refilling a prescription and the lady on the phone was not helpful and very rude. I should have gotten her name. I did not like her attitude. I have been in customer service for years and she sure needs to go to a class ! I have called there before and they had been always helpful but not today!!!

Dr. Ali was arrogant and rude. He did not listen and did not want to take my history which I had taken the time to right up. I was having an MS attack and needed an MRI. He refused to order one saying it would do no good if I didn't first have the old one to look at which is not true. I ended up in the hospital where they did an MRI that confirmed everything was MS (and they didn't need the old one to determine this).
The office staff is the worse I have ever encountered. They are constantly making excuses for their lack of professionalism. Patient for over 15 years and I've had enough. Called them out on their behavior and asked to speak with Dr. Ali, they said he was aware of the situation and was too busy to speak with me.
The best Neurology Center ever have We are prosper to have him in our area
I think the medical receptionist took the time to hear all of my concerns and went above and beyond to get the record I had been trying to get for over 6 wks. The staff was friendly and the doctor was thorough. I would recommend this doctor to any family or friend.
Unprofessional, bad attitude, canceled my EEG Appointment twice waited in Hour to be seen if I did this they would have discharged my child! difficulty communicating with doctor
