The tower and rooms are like any other higher end hotel but there were certain things that need serious improvement. Because it's a group of hotels together they literally check in thousands of people at the same time. And although the registration was smooth and somewhat fast the valet and drop of area of the porte cochere was so chaotic. there was no place for us to unload and check in so we were told to self park or valet and do it....even though we were not even staying for many more hours, so that's $70 just to drop off... read more
I'm really surprised by how old and damaged the rooms are. Most of the furniture is decades old. Lots of scrapes and dents on the furniture. The mattress is extremely thin. It feels like an old pull out couch. The AC is loud and rickety sounding. The couch and shower tub look like a super 8 motel that was last updated 20 years ago. The clocks are set to the wrong time.
