It's a really nice and beautiful ocean view. The staff is so helpful. It just needs to be a little updated. But the location is great you can walk to stores easily.
We chose to upgrade to this tower due to the private pool and poor comments on the other towers available. Overall the place is tired and in need of some updating. The pool area was particularly disappointing, for a 15 storey building there are only 34 sunbeds and 7 umbrellas, one of which has a big tear in! Even though it states that any items left on sunbeds will be removed after an hour, this doesn’t happen. Stayed in the Alii tower and paid extra because it mentioned that you had your own check-in and concierge service, and it mentioned a pool. What concierge service? I've tried to get help several times because the room they gave us was gross. It smelled like moldy carpet, the carpet was stained, the sofa was stained, and the headboard had disgusting stains. Got ocean view it was amazing views so close to the beach and pools. Had a great time there also had a private pool on second floor.
