Dr. Arce listens to all of the son's addressing them knowledgeably and respectfully. He asks insightful questions about his physical and emotional development, making sure he feels comfortable and heard. Everything is explained clearly and patiently, and the appointment never feels rushed.
Uncooperative staff running interference, rendering this medical group a useless and frustrating waste of time. Doesn't matter if Dr's are any good if staff refuses to cooperate or do their job. (edit:) Staff also VERY dishonest and hostile. Accusing patient of their own behavior in childish 'I-Know-You-Are-But-What-Am-I' fashion.
Last October (2024) I had the most critical situation in my life, that is, a severe heart attack after more than 50 years of heavy smoking. Honestly I can't stress this enough, I don't believe every negative review I read sometimes yes sometimes no but I go based off personal experience! Dr Khorsandi and his staff are the most caring group of people to work with. I've struggled for years and he is the one Dr that takes his care so professionally and so caring with open arms about our issues he is quick and to the point. Dr Maraj is great!
Dr. Meir, Is careless in her treatments. Gossips about other patients while treating you. Does not ask follow up questions. Prescribed a medication that is $1000 Per Month. There are many medications that cost $10 a. Month. My Medicare is going nuts. Ordered MRI without even examining me.
Right hip replacement was Dec. 2019, best thing I ever did! Preparing for Left hip in a few weeks. Dr. Estes and team are thorough, incredibly competent and compassionate. Your outcomes matter!
