Dr. Hendi was very professional. Explained everything well. Procedures were quick and painless. Definitely recommend Hendi to all my friends, family and my patients.
Though obviously apprehensive the Nurses and Dr. Hendi were so professional and confidence inspiring which was reassuring and quickly relieved any anxiety that I had. The surgery was performed efficiently and successfully with a calm quiet professionalism. I would recommend Dr. Hendi and his staff with enthusiasm.
Dr. Hendi and staff treated me for an awkwardly located squamous cell carcinoma and I couldn't be more pleased with their professional and thoughtful treatment and excellent bedside manner. I hope I never need Mohs surgery again but if I do, I'm coming here.
HE DID MY SURGERY ON MY BACK FOR MELANOMA, AND I FEEL GREAT! I MET SOMEONE THAT HAD SAME SURGERY AND WAS A MESS! HE USED A TECHNIQUE ON MY BACK THAT BARELY YOU COUD SEE MY SCAR! WHILE THE OTHER POOR LADY EVERYTHING YOU SEE IN HER BACK!
Dr. Hendi’s Office is very warm and well-managed. The nurses are extremely effective , efficient, and informative. They were friendly, careful, and caring. Dr. Hendi is an expertly qualified dermatological surgeon who demonstrated a gentle, human touch when l was treated recently with Mohs Surgery on my temple. He and his nurses were completely communicative and explained every step. I appreciated everyone coming together and coming through for me and providing a healthy and happy outcome.
Excellent experience. Dr. Hendi has the best "bedside manners" of any doctor I have visited. His staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, particularly Ashley who prepped me for surgery and thoroughly explained the procedure. Dr. Hendi was very patient and took his time with no rushing. The office runs very efficiently like a swiss watch! I can't say enough good things about them.
My experience with Dr. Hendi and his office was the most professional care I've ever received. His staff was courteous, kind, and went out of their way to be helpful. The waiting room was calm and even had munchies and water. I waited hardly five minutes each time I went in. Dr. Hendi's assistants were smart, professional, and well-informed. The doctor himself did a fantastic job, had great follow-up care, and took the time to chat with me. I can't recommend it enough!
Outstanding care. Great staff. Extremely competent. What I liked that they had prepared answers for new patients, leaflets, so that you could go into the consultation in prepared fashion.
Mohs is never fun but Dr. Hendi's office (from setting up the appointment, to the actual procedure and post op) was terrific. The front office staff are lovely - the assistants are great and Dr. Hendi is one of the most compassionate and kind doctors in the business.
