Poor cosmetic result, confirmed by two other Moh’s surgeons. The skin graft did not take. Would be necessary to repeat two stage surgery. No explanation provided. Disappointed.
This review is for a recent skin cancer check by Dr. Hendi. I was seen promptly and both Dr. Hendi and all staff I interacted with were friendly and excellent communicators. Very satisfied.
The preferred method of contacting the office is texting but with patience I was able to talk to someone on the phone. Dr. Hendi's staff were very professional. They did a very good job answering all my questions and gave skilled supportive services. The office layout provided a lot of privacy. Dr. Hendi's bedside manner was calming, caring and competent.
Dr Hendi is very patient centered. He carefully explains what he recommends for treatment and is a very good listener to patient concerns. He is also caring and just a 'nice guy '. His staff is top notch.
There is no visit, he cancelled his surgery appointment days before, with his receptionist saying "he's just starting a little late". Real professional. Oh, it's only skin cancer, no big deal right? Avoid.
Dr. Hendi and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I am so glad I decided to opt for a Moh's specialist for my skin cancer. I highly recommend Dr. Hendi and his practice if you require surgery for skin cancer.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hendi and his practice. I trust him implicitly. My only disappointment is that he is a surgeon only and I need to see a dermatologist for an original biopsy before being referred to him. She is hard to get in to see, has cut when she shouldn't, not biopsied when she should...so again, I wish that Dr. Hendi could do my initial body checks. I have had only pleasant experience with his front office and medical staff.
Staff very kind and efficient
Dr Hendi addressed my concern about a December 2021 surgery performed by someone from his office. He explained why it is still sensitive and how to continue to care for it, reassuring me with his always friendly nature. Thank you!
