Outstanding experience with staff and surgeon. My initial consultation was thorough and surgery was scheduled promptly. The surgical procedure was efficient and aftercare instructions were given in person and in writing. Coordination with my dentist was excellent. The new patient online questionnaire is not user-friendly and needs improvement.
Great experience for a person who doesn’t like the dentist. Got my wisdom teeth out it was fast and smooth
The office is incredibly well organized. From the first moment enter the office you were greeted and offered coffee. After you’re taking into the clinic portion, the doctor comes and talks to you, explains the entire procedure. Then a technician takes you for X-rays and finally before any procedure begins a patient coordinator goes over the cost and Insurance. Dr van der Groen and the entire staff were welcoming, professional, informative and superior in their oral surgery process. I felt cared for and understood. The process was fast and they accommodated my needs for pain management. I highly recommend this team
