I have been living in a home managed by ALH Podland for 1 year now and will be resigning my lease. Marina, Michael and the other staff members are amazing. They respond quickly to every maintenance request or issue. I have not had any problems getting in contact with them (even when they are on vacation). They are by far the best landlords/management company I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
