4th time being here not by choice for my mother. Worst patient care I've ever witnessed. Nobody ever seems to know what's going on or what to do. The CNAS pretty much do everything and they aren't even licensed to do so. If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give. I'm not one to ever write bad reviews but this hospital deserves it. From the moment you walk in, talking to nurses and even talking to the incompetent doctors. Had a very pleasant visit from beginning to end. Lulu & her staff were very sweet n helpful & attentive, doctor Andrew Shen was great fast and pleasant but the biggest shout out goes to staff in radiology. The two X-ray techs that helped me were great. I mean above n beyond. I have to say hospital was also very clean. I work at a sister hospital and can atest to the fact that our staff should look here for lessons on customer service. Thank you Alhambra hospital.
