I've been going to this office for years. Even with some of the management changes, my experience has always been great. The staff is fantastic and efficient.
Overall - be aware of this "practice", and the way they charge their customers. More context: There's good. There's bad. And there's Alhambra - the worst "family" practice. A couple notes before we proceed: * These folks billed me 7 months later claiming that insurance can't find my record. They AUTOMATICALLY just billed me (I'm working with my credit card to dispute those services) * I did blood work there which was supposed to arrive next day. While my wait time and overall visit went smoothly. I don’t appreciate being hustled and that is exactly how I felt when visiting this practice. I called and made appointment asking for surgical clearance and if they accepted my insurance. They said yes and all I needed was simple EKG and blood work with a prescription from my doctor (this was all discussed on the phone). When I arrived to my appointment I was made aware that I would have to pay $90 out of pocket for a chest x-ray that I did not need, chest x-rays are not re... read more
