Writing this on behalf of my uncle who had a horrendous experience with Andrew Fung D.O., and the front desk. Keep in mind, my uncle has been going to this clinic for several decades and this is his first time seeing Dr Andrew Fung, who was extremely inconsiderate, rude, and unhelpful. Uncle went in to receive the documents needed for his blood work. Zero stars if I could. Honestly, this was one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk wasn’t helpful at all—they just kept saying “no” to everything and didn’t seem to care about patients. The doctor wasn’t any better and even tried to give me medication I didn’t need. They also have a pharmacy inside the clinic, and even though they ask which pharmacy you want, they basically push you into using theirs. It felt really unethical. doctor are so friendly and nice but other employees has attitude and bad behavior need to be better trained because they are not working for free. bad experience
Doctors are good and nice. But the front assistant they are soo rude. They are not helpful! There are no good customer service skills! Those people need to be train for a good customer service! I pay $100 dollars for my disability paper. No consideration!
The reviews are legit, the front desk dont know anything. I paid to get my leave of absence form filled out and instead they told me to fill it out myself. Im not even a doctor and they have me filling out sections that are highlighted for physician only! Doctors are great staff not so much
