Dont move to this apartment complex...its infested with roaches....the incompetent staff does nothing to help....in addition you are required to get one cable provider...Primecast...and of course because you will be moving to the hood u will get the worst service available....if you like roaches and ghetto ass service then this is the place for you!
I have been a tenant @ Alhambra cove since they were built. I was one one of the 1st tenants in my building. I will say that the apartments are very spacious(3bd,2bath). They maintain a very clean cut apearance for on-lookers(thats how u real them in)But the down fall is teh poor materials used in the apartments. ive had my closet to fall down twice in each room. The based boards around the entire apt is lifting. My countertop is falling apart.Its been times when Ive place work orders and they go unfullfilled for wks @ a tim... read more
WHAT HAPPEN ON THE OUT SIDE OF THE GATES ARE ON THE OUT SIDE. IT HAS NOTHEING TO DO WITH ALHAMBRA COVE APTERMENTS.
Alhambra Cove is a very nice Apartment complex. Its clean and very spacious. You can fit a whole queen bedroom set in the master bedroom...washer and dryer and like a other reveiw ceiling fans in each room.Now the down falls...the leasing office staff is beyond rude...you ask a simple question they act as if you just ask them to sleep with you. They give you nothing but straight up attitude. You have to be down with the leasing office staff to get a lil respect. Now as for the gates likewise half of the time its broken..they... read more

i think that the apartments are nice and spacious.
These apartment has alot of young unemployed section 8 tenant. Theres one security guard for the entire complex and the security gate works about 60% of the time. On the west side of the apartments you have a after hour (opens 3am - until) club and on the east side their is a nude club. You only have use of the pool and jym 9 AM- 5 PM Weekdays and 10 AM - 3 PM Sat. Apartments looks very nice but it has many flaws inside.
