They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. A typical office visit with the dentist (Dr. Heard) lasted about 5 minutes. Procedures were recommended without a detailed explanation or reference to X-rays.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder
