I wish I could give this place zero stars, especially because of the girl who answered the phone. She sounded very inexperienced and had a lot of attitude from the start. I was calling to ask about a service and to understand why I hadn’t received a call after five days, when I had been told I would get one the following day. Just had my ultrasound done and it was a very positive experience. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and helpful, which immediately put me at ease. The ultrasound technician was professional, friendly, and explained things clearly throughout the appointment. I’m not sure why some reviews mention a different experience, but mine was smooth and pleasant from start to finish.
Went in for an xray today. I was nervous from reading all the previous reviews but I had a great experience.. the girls at the desk were all very nice , the wait was not long at all and the girl who did my xray was very professional and super nice. I’m not sure of her name but thank you. I was in and out within 15 mins ..
Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. If they don't like the way you look then you will be treated poorly.
