Visited for a simple x-ray. Staff were rude to me and my children. Will never return.

I just had an ultrasound appointment and I have never experienced such rude and abrasive behaviour from the technician for absolutely no reason. A few things to point out, I wasn't expecting to be asked questions about a miscarriage from last year, with zero empathy whatsoever. It caught me off guard and I had a hard time answering questions which she asked repeatedly or followed up with new questions because I didn't answer right away as I was thinking of the correct answer. From the beginning, the ultrasound lady very rude. My appointment required me to have a full bladder. Being a busy mom of two kids, I forgot and accidentally voided 45 mins before my appointment. I immediately began chugging water to try and fill my bladder before my appointment. I arrived on time and did have an urge to urinate. Bearing two children I have issues with my bladder.
