I just had an ultrasound appointment and I have never experienced such rude and abrasive behaviour from the technician for absolutely no reason. A few things to point out, I wasn't expecting to be asked questions about a miscarriage from last year, with zero empathy whatsoever. It caught me off guard and I had a hard time answering questions which she asked repeatedly or followed up with new questions because I didn't answer right away as I was thinking of the correct answer. From the beginning, the ultrasound lady very rude. My appointment required me to have a full bladder. Being a busy mom of two kids, I forgot and accidentally voided 45 mins before my appointment. I immediately began chugging water to try and fill my bladder before my appointment. I arrived on time and did have an urge to urinate. Bearing two children I have issues with my bladder. I wish I could give this place zero stars, especially because of the girl who answered the phone. She sounded very inexperienced and had a lot of attitude from the start. I was calling to ask about a service and to understand why I hadn’t received a call after five days, when I had been told I would get one the following day. At one point, I called her “hun,” which is simply part of my natural way of speaking — it was not meant to be disrespectful. She didn’t mention anything about it until the end of the call.
