I had an emergency of 2 root canal teeth with a cavity that needed removed in-between. I called and They took Me immediately! The Staff were kind and office was clean and nice. The Dentist was so kind, explaining everything that was going to be done. She did a Great Job! I would definitely recommend 5 stars and will go back! Thank You!
I tried this dental office and the staff was extremely nice, however, that was the only plus side. The female dentist was always behind schedule. In fact, once I had Novocain put into my gums and then couldn't have the procedure done because the dentist was so far behind so I had to come back. I was only going there because one of the female Hygienists was awesome and she did a good job with my crowns. I did not have a good experience with fillings. Audrey Sim is an awesome dentist, and the hygienists are also super nice here. Unfortunately overall I would not recommend going to Algonquin Smiles, because their billing and insurance people are so bad that the entire operation is unusable. I had a crown replaced last December (10 months ago). They tried to bill a dental insurance that I did not have anymore, despite my insistence that they should not. Dr Igor was wonderful! He's an excellent doctor. However, I'm beyond upset with the office employees. I gave my updated prescription Walgreens location to pick up my meds. The doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy, I called to have it corrected. Walgreens was able to transfer 2 out of the 3 meds. I've called the office several times, left messages to please call me back, I have yet to receive a call back. I had a tooth extracted and bone graft with no pain meds.
