Absolutely despicable treatment. No conscious effort at customer service. Didn't realize a properly caged and cared for pet was grounds for termination of service.

How are you gonna let a bed ridden woman suffer because of a caged snake that you only have to be in the House with once a month and the daily nurse has no problem with would never suggest this company to any one
If the part time overseer has a problem with a snake in a cage and is willing to stop service for that... what other scummy shit might she do?
