I had a horrible experience. I was quoted 1500 for a new water heater. I asked if I could choose the water heater and was told yes. I sent the screenshot of the one I wanted which had a 12yr warranty for 900. When I asked for the picture of receipt he had bout the cheapest water heater 200 less than the model he had said yes to. He claimed because the brand I chose was bad. I found the same brand that he got with a 12yr warranty I sent a screen shot same price as the other brand.
