Horrible! Couldn't even answer a simple question about Emergency Room wait time over the phone.
I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. We’ve been to this ER four times and each time we received great treatment from kind and attentive staff. The first time we came when my husband had a gall bladder attack. Yes, it took time, but his condition was diagnosed, treated and we were referred to an excellent surgeon, who ended up removing the gall bladder a few weeks later. Took my partner there because of bad right side pain, I had to ask about test results, because they never came back and told us anything. We had to wait an hour one after the other for anyone to come in, her IV started bubbling because they had it up WAY too high. She got a phone call that she has a bladder infection that the doctors NEVER TOLD US ABOUT! It could’ve turned septic and killed her. I will not be coming back here again, do better.
