I’m 72 years old and born and raised in Saratoga Springs and have had numerous dentist over the years with out a doubt DR. Hollis and his team are the greatest he recently did laser surgery on my teeth to remove plague and procedure that took hours to complete and would have cost thousands of dollars and he did for free His Dr. Hollis and his team are like family to me.
So much pain. Never again.
After multiple positive visits, Dr. Hollis began violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and refused to provide reasonable accommodations that I required to get dental care. I tried contacting him privately to sort this out, but he has been a coward and has not returned my emails. It is not only a violation of my civil rights, but it is also undignified, pathetic, juvenile behavior.

Not safe or accomodating for people with bad immune systems. Made me wait 3 months for an appointment, and they knew I required accommodations. They made me wait because I am unable to do two separate appointments for the exam and cleaning, which is also a ridiculous policy to begin with as there shouldn't be a need for two seperate appointments. But then they called the DAY BEFORE to tell me they changed their office policy to no longer accomodate people with my specific needs. Had they been upfront about it I would not hav... read more
