The Dentist always has a substitute, and the office staff is very disrespectful. An appointment is often cancelled, and the staff never returns a call. One does not know whom they are to see, and that is after months pass. Do not schedule with this unprofesssional office.
Be careful when it comes to paying for services with your insurance and getting charged the correct amount. I received a cleaning from the hygienist which was supposed to be at no charge and was charged $65 for a Deep Cleaning which I did not receive. When I contacted the insurance company NO PAPER WORK was filed regarding the procedure.
