These folks are smart , supercompetent, and fun. I'm so glad for this great downtown bike shop.
The older gentleman with the glasses didnt really seem like he wanted to shiw me where the bike grip tape was. Then he was just sort of a jerk when I wasnt sure if I needed a special attachment to pump up my bike tire. I was in there for maybe 5 minutes and had probably one of the worst customer service experience Ive had in Kalamazoo. I wonder how theyre still in business..?
Do not purchase from these guys, not trustworthy and not going to help you if you need to make a change.

Hi John - As explained to you via email, our return policy is 30 days, and you wanted to return something more than 4 months after you bought it. We told you we would make an exception to this policy and allow it with a reasonable restocking fee, but your response was to be rude and threatening to our staff saying things like "this is your last chance" and "I will take further action".
