Went in too use tire pump was treated verry rude cause I was on a bmx. Will never spend money there. They didn't even want me in the store
I never go anywhere else. If they don't have it in the store, then they will order or usually have it online. Knowledgeable about bikes. And right next to a local bakery, locally roasted coffee shop and wonderful locally sourced restaurant in a great city.
Wrote few emails abt my online purchase which was made in April,Order AB19867 and did not arrive.Till now i'm still waiting for updates.
I came to Michigan for ODRAM. Realizing how expensive it was to ship my bike, I called around looking to rent a quality road bike. Alfred E Bikes stepped up and found a great bike that fit my 6'2" frame and had it decked out with everything I needed for a 150 mile ride. If I ever am back in town and need a bike, there is only 1 shop I would call.

My parents used to live in Kalamazoo, and I have shopped at Alfred E. Bike for many years. After I moved from the state, I would periodically stop into the shop when visiting home. My wife and I recently visited Kalamazoo and we rented bikes from the shop. We often rent bikes when we travel, and I can say with no hesitation that Alfred E.
