Built in 2016. There was so many things left undone but was over Christmas. They told us if we didn't sign that day that we wouldn't get the house for well over a month later because they shut down. He wrote everything that needed to be fix and we both signed the paper. 6 months of me doing followup emails and calls, I just gave up. By that time I was pregnant and didn't want the stress.
Wish I could give them no stars but unfortunately cannot. Biggest scammers!!! They built our first home just recently, there are so many faults, we have tried calling them multiple times and even emailed but no response, and it has been more then 3 months now. Recently we received email informing us to contact some other guy who we have never heard of or spoken to, who then told us to get another builder to complete their unfinished work.
