Terrible! I have had a miserable experience with the Rochester, NY Alfred Angelo location, namely with the manager of the store. First off she actually yelled at one of my bridesmaids when she went to pick up her dress, which was ordered 1 size too big. The manager insisted that my bridesmaid had to get her alterations done at the store. Another one of my bridesmaid dresses needed to be shipped out to Colorado. I received a call that the dress came in on May 15. I called May 15 and was told the dress would ship out that day ... read more
Disappointed I didn't like the way i was treated here either. I had a consulant that seemed to have to much on her plate at once. She also wasn't listening to what I had to about what i wanted in a dress. My dress shopping was suppose to be a fun experience to share with my dieing sister too who had termainal cancer-she has sence passed and now I don't really enjoy the memory of going there due to not even finding the dress or purchasing it there. Awesome Store!! I love love love this store! I found that the manager was extremely helpful and kind, which after reading previous reviews I did not expect. They gave me great suggestions for my accessories and were not pushy whatsoever. I hate when the salesperson is pushy and just out to get a sale, so my consultant (Amanda) was exactly what I was looking for. The girls were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. Unhappy Right now I am so unhappy. I am not sure how my problem will turn out but until my problem is solved I would not recommend this store. I will have to see the outcome but until then.
worst service i have ever received!!! The store manager was completely unhelpful and down right disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked for her district managers name and phone number so that my issue could be resolved she began yelling at me and pointing at me across the counter. She eventually gave me the number and I have yet to have my phone call returned from the district manager. PLEASE NEVER SHOP AT ALFRED ANGELO!!!!
