The flooring was good but service after the sale and communication was terrible. The communication about billing and statement were incomplete. When we tried to inquire about the invoice we were insulted. So offended we will never go back.

Eddie, Rick, and Tony did an outstanding job installing my carpet. They were friendly, had a great work ethic, and displayed impressive skills. I also appreciate all the help that Austin gave in taking care of all the details and in helping me choose my carpet. He put great effort into making sure everything was just right!
