They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! No, I don't think so Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
