I've been to Alfonso tires the minimum of 5 times. 3 out of 5 times I feel as if they really did a great job with customer satisfaction. Most importantly is their honesty is at best, with that said, I was paying a $45 dollar tab, I handed the man (2), $20 dollar bills as I'm looking for a $5 dollar bill, the man tapped me on my shoulder and said, hey man... I look at his hand and he's handing me back a $100 dollar bill I didn't realize was in-between the $20's!! In my opinion That's the true meaning of being honest people! ... read more

I've passed by this establishment several times and never gave it a whole lot of thought (didn't need tires at the time). We are considering trading or selling our vehicle,but....it needed some tires. Something with value ( not 60-70k mile rated). So a quick Google search of used tires in West Kentucky brought me to a set for sale exactly like I was looking for. I gave them a call, they were honest and said, if you come today you get them if you come in 3 days, we are a used tire shop...so they might be gone. That's fair. So... read more
