First appointment went well and all the test were scheduled. From that point on it was a disaster. Emailed question about blood pressure meds and Dr. Alfonso approved a referral, when I responded and asked for clarification, that was the beginning of his ignoring all remaining questions from me. Had test done and spent all week trying to get his office to return a call so I could make an appointment. The UHealth system will not allow you to make appointment on line, even though they say they do, they just ignore the request.... read more
