Terrible customer service. After waiting a year for the matching sink grid, I was emailed and told they were in and they were sending me one for free. Ten (10) days later they emailed me again and said, "lol, just kidding". "Company policy prevents us from sending one free of charge." Please don't waste your money on a company that cares so little for their customers.
