I was one of those big scaredy cats before I found Dr. Alfaro and the wonderful folk at the Alfaro/Leyva dental center. I had been traumatized by the work of other dentists in my past who must have been in training for Little Shop of Horrors. But with Dr. Alfaro and Dianna I am in sensitive, truly caring hands and don't absolutely dread my dental appointments anymore. Thank you!
I must admit, visiting my dentist office gives me great anxiety but the Staff and Dr. Alfaro make it quite easy and stress free, loved my visit, always a pleasure!

I have gone to Dr. Alfaro for more years than I can even remember. When I started he was on Merced Avenue and his twins were born when I first started going there. Now they are all grown up. I know that 2 of his staff have been with him as long, as well, so he must be great to work for! Everyone at this practice is so friendly, caring and helpful. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
After realizing I had gotten a pretty bad infection, and not being able to get in with my own dentist, I asked my sister for her dentists number. The staff squeezed me in to see Dr. Leyva the very next day, even though his schedule was already full. Everyone from the front desk to the back office was so nice. I have been a patient for over 20 years; started out with Dr. Alfaro and now I have been with Dr. Leyva for many years. I enjoy going to my dental visits and visiting with the staff, they treat me like family. The office has the three c's; clean, comfortable & caring! I have always had a problem getting numb when having a proceedure and Dr. Leyva always checks to make sure I'm not feeling a thing before proceeding! The numbing shots are painless.
