From the time I have ever entered the door, until I leave after my appointment, everyone of the staff is welcoming, kind, helpful, happy, doting and professional. My dentist is Dr. Alfaro, and he always is so patient and understanding. And he also takes the time to explain what he is going to do and why, and asks if I have any questions or concerns. If I do, he readily answers and allays my concerns. I trust his judgment in all that he has done or will see and feel the need to do for me.
My teeth was very professional and explained and described in detail what and why. She showed me how to improve my tooth brushing technique for better gum and teeth health. I had probably developed some bad dental maintenance habits.
I had another good visit with Dr. Alfaro. He is a very talented and skillful demist. His chair side manner helps you relax under stressful times. I recommend him when ever asked.
